Peter and the Wolf was originally composed in 1936 to introduce children to orchestral instruments and springs to life in this irresistible children’s ballet. Peter and his forest friends embark on a day of adventure complete with spirited narration that is sure to charm and entertain patrons of all ages. Act One sets the stage with original choreography by MBT company dancers, offering something for everyone to enjoy. The Manassas Ballet Theatre Orchestra accompanies the program.
