Dive into texture with this small-scale collagraph workshop. Using a variety of everyday materials like fabric, leaves, string, or textured papers, participants will build their own printing plate, ink it up, and create bold, layered images full of depth and character. In this beginner-friendly workshop led Patrick Sargent, USAF Veteran, artist, and adjunct faculty in George Mason University’s School of Art, experiment with easy-to-find materials in an activity you can replicate at home. This workshop is open and FREE to Veterans, Servicemembers, military family members, and military caregivers. Children ages 12 and up may participate alongside a parent/guardian. Space is limited.
