From former Alvin Ailey dancers Dwight Rhoden and Desmond Richardson, “two of the greatest virtuosos to emerge from Ailey” (The New York Times), Complexions Contemporary Ballet thrills with its cadre of 16 stunning dancers. Their debut Hylton Center program opens with a series of short pieces, including a tribute to the legendary musician David Bowie, and the second half is Love Rocks, a radiant work driven by the electric, guitar-driven anthems of Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Lenny Kravitz. Get ready to witness the raw power and diversity of Complexions as it redefines what ballet can be.
